The festival

Born from a collective reflection led by Collectif Argia, the Three Crowns Festival brings together three strong photographic perspectives in a unique cross-border setting.

Hendaye, between the Atlantic and the Pyrenees, becomes the setting for a dialogue between images, artists and the public: a humanist photography, attentive to people and their land.

The first edition is part of the bicentenary of photography, giving the programme a special resonance.

We imagined this festival as a time for encounters, where photography becomes a common language between individuals, generations and territories.
Arnaud Elissalde, President of Collectif Argia
